Yarn-Bombing in Buckinghamshire

Yarn-bombing has become increasingly popular in my home county of Buckinghamshire. At first I noticed pieces of crochet wrapped around trees in protest against HS2, a high speed railway planned to cut through the Chilterns, to connect London to Birmingham. As this progressed, more and more yarn-bombing began to take place in many different towns across Buckinghamshire. I am looking in to tracking down and making contact with the organisers and creatives behind this, as I would be very much interested in getting involved or even just having a simple conversation about their motives. I hope to track them down in time for degree show, as I am planning on doing a yarn-bombing piece which may be of interest to them.
